Show alerts inside RDP, no answer :(

Is there some feature that I can make new messages alerts appear even when
im inside another server (RDP, VNC)? PSI has this and its important for us,
or else were inside a server and we dont know people are sending msgs...

Please guys, consider a forum, the list is not a friendly way. Sometimes we
dont have answers, have to repost, etc.
