sign in issues

I am having issues signing into IM for both my MSN and Yahoo accounts.
I keep getting the error message "SSL Connection Failed". 

 

Any suggestions on how to fix this?  My MSN one stopped working about a
week ago and now today my Yahoo one wont login.
