nudges in new pidgin

This is a new feature in pidgin 2.7.0 and onward. Before version 2.7.0, you
could use the attention button plugin to enable that button.

There is an ticket/enhancement in the pidgin trac to request a plugin to
disable this button: http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/12202

<http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/12202>Maybe press the 'up arrow' on the
ticket to add interest in the ticket so someone might write a plugin to
disable this feature.
