location of default Windows settings

Hi,

Can someone point me to the location of the Pidgin's default settings? I'd like to disable logging on the client by default.

I know that the settings are stored under %APPDATA%\Roaming\.purple for a given user but I can't find where this folder is copied from when a user launches the program for the first time.
