Pidgin and iChat

Hi,
Dose any one knows if it¹s possible to send files form ichat to pidgin using
bonjour?
I now that the other way around it works.
I need a way to chat and transfer large files with mac and pc and I'm so
frustrated because this would be ideal if it worked.
