Pidgin crashing on Windows 7 when changing network

Upon waking my Windows 7 (x64) PC from sleep and attaching to a different
network than it was attached to prior to sleeping, Pidgin consistently
crashes.

Let me know if there is any additional information you need to debug this
matter - the issue seems to be pretty simple as stated above.
