The text in this paragraph starting with "By the way" and ending with "Bye" is
insulting, disrespectful, and rude.  This kind of behavior is unacceptible on
this mailing list.  Ethan has already called you out on this behavior once.
Since you have ignored his perfectly reasonable request to quit displaying such
insulting and disrespectful behavior to people on this list, I will say this
once and only once--drop the behavior and learn to play nice on this list or I
will remove and ban you from this list.  I will also ban you from our other
mailing lists.  We have now given you two chances--you will *not* get a third.
