It is quite possible to provide a meaningful support experience on this list
without resorting to the kind of behavior Dagobert has expressed and you seem to
be in favor of.  If we have to, we will restrict list membership to those who we
know will provide polite, useful responses.  We'd prefer not to restrict
membership, as the lack of restrictions increases our likelihood of finding new
people to help with user support.

If people are offended by the requirement that they *not* be insulting, rude, or
disrespectful, then I am quite happy to have chased them away.  If you can't be
polite, respecful, and helpful when responding to posts to this list, you do not
belong here.
