nullclient not connecting to ICQ

hello, I have little question.
in last build libpurple 2.6.6 nullclient which situated in
"libpurple/example" can see protocol ICQ but cant connect. Pidgin can
connect icq account, but nullclient can't.
what can be the problem? can you help me? my previous version was 2.6.2 and
it worked fine, but no nullclient cant connect to ICQ.

text of error is:

Received unexpected response from
http://api.oscar.aol.com/aim/startOSCARSession: useTLS=1 is not allowed for
non secure requests.

Please give me some help - what should I do to connect. thank you.
