how to connect and disconnect account

Hello, please can anyone can help me?

What is proper way to disconnect account and then connect it?

For example - I have lost connection to network, what should I do when
connection is established to connect my accounts back to network?

And what can I do to reconnect my account after error, for example - server
disconnected it. What is the proper way to get back online?
