2.7.0 - Doesn't flash window

Hi,

after install, pidging won't flash window when new message is received. Only icon in the toolbar will flash. It's a small but, but makes it VERY hard to use Pidgin effectively and therefor a big bug.

Tried changing settings many times and re-insttall. Nothing!
