Pidgin - Suspiciously uploading data?

Lauritz Vesteraas Thaulow spake unto us the following wisdom:

One of the more MSN-savvy devs will have to comment on this, but I
suspect it is related to our known inefficient buddy list transfers on
MSN.

Note that this is an MSN address, they're just incompetent, among
other things, to configure their DNS. Other addresses in this block
(e.g., 207.46.124.2) resolve to msn.net addresses.
