Conflict with Any C++ Application

Dear Support,

I have trouble when I use Pidgin in windows 7 32bit OS.
If I run any C++ applications especially games, pidgin does not respond and
use %50 processor.
What can be the problem?

My Computer:
T6600 2.20Ghz
4gb Ram
Toshiba A300
