Issue with Key Bindings

So there are potentially two issues involved here. I'm not sure how using
capital letters in the gtkrc file works (if that works or if you need to
specify <shift> instead). The second though is that the widget you are
setting the binding on isn't going to see the keypress at all if something
else grabs it first. In this case the formatting toolbar is grabbing the
key first. Turn the formatting toolbar off and the key should work (if S
is valid as opposed to <shift>s).
