I'm not sure Google Translate quite did that page justice but I didn't see
anything in there that there would indicate anything we would want to be
notifying people about.

The problem with ICQ logins is related to the "Use SSL" setting in pidgin.
With it on pidgin does not in all cases work correctly. This seems to have
been triggered by the sale of ICQ and the ensuing server changes.
