removal of personal information

Good afternoon,

After looking at my ticket I noticed I left some personal information in
there that I do NOT want to be in my ticket due to personal and privacy
concerns.

Can you please remove all instances of "m3ticulous" and "kirsten12183" from
ALL versions of my ticket? I updated it by removing them, but I can still
see the personal info if I choose to view "diff" - these phrases have no
relation to the problem I was experiencing.
