logging chats

my company has disabled the ability to save chat logs.
i would like to use command line wireshark (tshare.exe) to sniff the traffic
and log it to a file.
unfortunately, the data seems to come in non asci format (seems like hex)

"C:\Program Files\Wireshark\tshark"  -i 5 -R tcp.port==1533 -S -V -Eheader=n
-Tfields -e data

output looks like
00000053000400000000000101f500000045000000450002000a373539373931363632390000000001000a373539373931363632390060000...

how can i convert it to something i can read?
