ID remove?

Hi, i used pidgin for a couple of times and some from linux distros
and i found a lot of times a contact in my messenger that is support.service at live.com. I've read that this is pidgin connect for messenger?
can this be removed? I have deleted and blocked it many times but on formats or login from other pcs it keeps coming back.
