And remove them from the supported plugins!

What seems to have happened is that they agreed to support the MXi 
plugin, in return for having it as an official plugin, but the way they 
have supported it is by simply feeding the Pidgin mailing list into 
their help desk system.  Unfortunately, they seem to have an 
industrialised help desk organisation that can't cope with such 
innovation, so they tend to send an auto response to From: addresses for 
people posting to the mailing list.

Where I have seen attempts at support, they have just consisted of 
repeating the getting started instructions, without any consideration of 
the question actually asked.

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
