Something like:   "This system is not working properly (unable to log in 
to QQ)".  The subject was "Help required".

QQ is no longer officially supported by Pidgin.

QQ don't publish their protocol and recently changed it.  There are no 
Pidgin developers in a position to reverse engineer the changes.

I seem to remember that there is a project to develop an alternative 
open source client for QQ.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
