Pidgin authorization issue... Update

I'm sorry for the mass email but I am trying to  delete my email address from this distribution list and have not been successful.  Can someone please send me the instructions?

Hello,

For some reason I cannot get an authorization, (XMPP Message Error Message delivery to patricia failed: (Code 404,) on a buddy (Gmail).  See photo.

This just started to happen a few days ago.  I made no changes to Pidgin.  It just decided to not let her in.  Before all was working well.  I have searched the net with no luck.  This is happening on all three of my laptops.
