HELP

Before today, pidgin was working just fine .. no  problems with all my
accounts.. nothing. Now because of an issue with my laptop it decided to
eat all my account information and refuses to let me insert my google talk
information and it refuses to let it work. Your website does not help me
... that i have actually seen.
