Depends on what version of Pidgin you are running!  There is no known 
problem on 2.7.9.

Proper details of the error would have been useful, and I could have 
done without your advertising image; it greatly bloats your message.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
