Sound problem

Hi

 

I am using Pidgin as a client for snap engage on my website as a support
aid. I have pidgin open all the time on my desktop. When a new chat comes in
the icon on my task bar flashes and the new chat comes up but sometimes I
have many windows open and do not see it. NO sound alerts me to the new
chat. How do I fix this?
