ERROR : Connection error from Notification server:

Hello Suppot Team,
 
I have windows 7 on my system. Pidgin was  installed successfully but when i tried to log in using google, yahoo or msn account it give Error : Connection error from Notification server:Connection timed out.
 
Any suggestions.
