Ticket #13126 - ticket closed, but issue still unresolved?

 Hello,

I've had the same issue described in Ticket #13126 for a little while now.  I noticed the ticket is closed, but seems to still be unresolved?

I still cannot send/receive files from MSN clients...

The sender can send files to other MSN users...  The log ended with the user cancelling the transfer request.

Here is a debug log from attempting to send a file to an MSN user.  The log is initiated just before trying to send the file:
