GTK Windows

I interested to install a GTK theme in windows, only for modify the look of
Pidgin.
I looking for a theme in gnome-look.org, and I download the theme, but I
can´t install it. I dont Know what do, because I test a lot of options for
example, create the folder with name gtk-2.0 in my user directory, without
any result.
I need documentation about the correct configuration of Pidgin in Windows.
