installing program error not finding GTK+

I have tried numerous ways and uninstalling and reinstalling program but I keep getting same message that GTK+ realtime is not found and can't load, then I go off line and it loads but won't open.  What am I missing, I even downloaded the GTK+ program independently so its on the computer still nothing.  I use to use it all the time but when I upgraded I get this.
