Running Pidgin error

I installed GTK2-Runtime 2.16.6 and Pidgin 2.7.7. I am running Windows XP SP3 

  

I get the following error when I launch Pidgin . I have uninstalled /reinstalled GTK and Pidgin and still get the same error. Please let me know what other things I need to do to troubleshoot this problem.
