How do I get a question answered? I keep getting a message from someone I
don't know - nickname "xolatifah16xo". I keep "blocking" that person, but it
they keep trying "successfully"  to contact me. How do I get that IM address
permanently blocked? It does show up as being a blocked contact, but it's
not working. Please help.
