Can't enable my account

[Aseff, John (LNG-ATL)]

Every 90 days we must change our passwords. Usually I modify my Pidgin account with the new password, enable the account and I'm on my way. This time when I check the box to enable, the check goes away immediately so I can't enable. Please advise.
