info request about proxy

Hello.
Thank you for offering to us Pidgin for free.  There is something I cannot
understand about proxy settings.
Are both the instant messages and voice packets send through *socks
proxy*in case I enable it? Please see the picture in attachment.
What I want is to tunnel all *Google talk* through proxy, both messages and
video.
