Reset user login/password

Hello -

What do you need to do to reset your password? My boss was logged out for some reason and forgot his login and security questions. Can you guys reset it for him and send him an e-mail? He is jordansverica and his e-mail is jordan at sverica.com<mailto:jordan at sverica.com>.
