I recommend removing the words "and forums" from the description.
It's possible to interpret "forum" in a way that makes sense with
regards to Pidgin, but this word generally has a different meaning on
the Internet and I find it confusing in this context.

Also the two screenshots are grossly out of date.

Aside from that the description looks good to me.
