Status always showing as "In a meeting"

Hi Support team
   I am using *Pidgin 2.10.0*, the problem is that it always keeps on 
showing me in meeting status to others though I have my status set to as 
available. Please note that i do not have any meeting invites accepted 
in my calender and then too it keeps showing in meeting status.

Could you please help me with this issue.
