Steal focus

have not you met the problem when you have pidgin installed and also the
Message Notification Plugin, so you receive the messages even if the chat
window is closed


my problem is that when i  receive the message the window not just blink but
also steals the focus, which is very annoying sometimes


is there a solution , setting, plugin or anything for this?
