Data Question

Hi Pidgin Support,

 

Is Pidgin updated real time w/ no regard to HR effective date?  For example, if we have an employee promoted to a manager effective September 1 and it's entered into the HR database on August 30, would that change be reflected immediately or would it not who up until September 1?
