In particular, your email headers indicate you posted from Microsoft 
Windows, but there is currently no such support under Microsoft Windows.

If you build from source on a Unix-like system, you will get the support 
automatically if the farsight and gstreamer libraries are present, and 
you will get an explicit warning if they are not.

If re-building, you should use the 2.10.3.
