Google Talk Group chat nicknames

Hi all

I initiated a chat with some GTalk users and unfortunately, the 
nicknames in the chat room are some hashes.
When I right click on a hash and then click "info", it can retriev the 
real name:
How to get the real name displayed when group chating with GTalk users?

Tha GTalk account is setup as a regular XMPP account.
