My Pidgin acct says I'm not authorized

Hi,
 
My company website is down so I am using my yahoo acct to contact you.
 
I am a current subscriber of Pidgin - Valerie.Murphy at JoesScrap.com a KruseCom Company, the manager or admiinistrator is Hank Laws.
 
I just got a new computer and Pidgin was not downloaded.  I tried doing that successfully, however, I am showing up as "not authorized in the buddy list - no one is there.
