How to automatically turn on pidgin each day?

Open the Plugins entry using Ctrl-U or Tools->Plugins

Find the Windows Pidgin Options plugin, select the Configure Plugin
button at the bottom of the window and tick the "Start Pidgin on Windows
startup" checkbox.
