Pidgin Installation

I love your app however recently it hasn't been able to connect to google
chat.  I have removed, edited and re-installed but still get the Unable to
Connect issue.  I have also changed my password on google but that didn't
work either.  I spent a day on the FAQ's however it made no sense so I
uninstalled it.

I only use MSN and Google so it was a great tool, for a while.  Not sure
what changed.

Anyhow just wanted to send in my comments as I honestly love the app...just
isn't friendly when it comes to troubleshooting.
