Pidgin doesn't work after upgraded to 2.10.0

I am not sure where to find the debug log information , could u please guide me?

 From the screenshot, it is not possible to tell which service you are 
trying to access.  Also, the contents of the debug log (please cut and 
past  as text, into the message body, and obscure sensitive information) 
is likely to be necessary.
