Upgraded to Pidgin Pidgin 2.10.0 (libpurple 2.10.0)

Talk to Oracle IT about this.  Since you're a senior something or
another, please also talk to them about fixing their broken support
process so that Oracle employees don't continually contact the Pidgin
public support channel for internal Oracle problems.  It looks very
bad for the company, and consumes a lot of volunteer time.
