Hi Daniel,
attached is the whole debug output and I think the following is
important information:

...
(20:09:25) jabber: Sending (ssl) (user at macjabber.de/home): <response
xmlns='urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-sasl'>dXNlcm5hbWU9ImphbiIscmVhbG09Im1hY2phYmJlci5kZSIsbm9uY2U9IjkwNjU4NzQ4MSIsY25vbmNlPSIrRlA4NmRmclZJeDNlSk0xVTV3V0w0RGk4dkpTQUZLK2puUEcyWDFaYVlnPSIsbmM9MDAwMDAwMDEscW9wPWF1dGgsZGlnZXN0LXVyaT0ieG1wcC9tYWNqYWJiZXIuZGUiLHJlc3BvbnNlPWMwZDdjY2U0NjkxM2YxNGM1MzEwOGYzNmQzOWQyOTIyLGNoYXJzZXQ9dXRmLTg=</response>
(20:09:25) jabber: Recv (ssl)(77): <failure
xmlns='urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-sasl'><not-authorized/></failure>
(20:09:25) sasl: DIGEST-MD5 client mech dispose
(20:09:25) sasl: DIGEST-MD5 common mech dispose
(20:09:25) sasl: Mechs found: SCRAM-SHA-1 PLAIN
(20:09:25) sasl: No worthy mechs found
(20:09:25) connection: Connection error on 0x21ade3b0 (reason: 2
description: Nicht autorisiert)
...

As I said, I verified several times to use the correct password. I'm not
sure what "mechs" mean. Is this a helpful indication?

Regards,
Stefan
