Language installation fault

Openoffice changed the way its spelling dictionaries are served a few 
months ago.  Unless you are sure the change  is more recent, there 
should be information on the Pidgin web sites about how to compensate, 
although I haven't needed to do this myself yet.

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
