The canonical, English, version of this message (from de.po) is:

Error 1013: The username you have entered is invalid.  The most common 
cause
of this error is entering your email address instead of your Yahoo! ID.

What makes you believe you have entered the correct user name?  What is 
the form of the user name that you are entering?

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
