Urgent Help for SOUNDS

Hello Team,

I have recently switched from Trillian for IRC to Pidgin. But i am 
facing an issue...

While connecting to IRC chatrooms via Pidgin.... Is there any way to get 
some sound notifications working.

Basically in Trillian... we used following sounds which has specific 
meaning like

(&)  - Dog sound
(cat)  - Cat Sound
(beep) - Bell Sound
(drums) - Drum Sound
(duck) - Duck Sound

Is there any way or any plugin so these sounds/codes can work in IRC 
chatrooms while using pidgin?

Woudl appreciate if i can please hear back on priority
