How to get Pidgin to pop up for all users on a group chat

Hello,  Our company uses your product and it is great. We have a question.
How can we get pidgin to send a buddy pounce and or pop up to everyone on a group chat once someone in the group sends a group chat.  It works for indivudual messages but we need it to work for group messages.
