Pidgin is an interactive PC based application so it can only support one
user at a time.
Whatever is limiting you to two users isn't Pidgin, even if you are
using Pidgin to access it. At a guess, you are saying that this
un-named service allows someone to be logged in from two different
places, but not three. That may well be a limitation of the service.
Without know what that service is and what error messages are being
produced (Pidgin debug window), there is not much else that can be said.

No person was named. Pidgin is not an incorporated entity.

Sending a confidentiality notice to a public mailing list tends to
undermine the notice.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
